va-Q-tec, a provider of thermal shipping containers, has signed an agreement with Mexican flag carrier Aeroméxico Cargo to offer door-to-door cold chain solutions to pharmaceutical and life science customers.
Mexico is Latin-America’s second largest pharmaceutical market, and the eleventh largest globally.
Aeroméxico Cargo will offer direct rental of va-Q-tainer units, providing six temperature ranges from -70°C to +25°C in five sizes, fitting up to two U.S. pallets. The shippers offer constant temperature control for several days without using external energy sources.
