FDA gives more time for Drug Supply Chain Security Act implementation

The agency says they realize some dispensers may need more time to implement the product-tracing information.

 

For those of you staying up at night because of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, you can breath a momentary sigh of relief. 


Originally expected to begin July 1, the FDA in a recent document says they will not take enforcement against dispensers who prior to Nov. 1, 2015 take certain actions.
