Weiler Labeling Systems (WLS) has introduced its new RL-840N glue-free, cut-and-stack rotary labeler. The RL-840N features NuLabel activatable adhesive technology, eliminating the need for glue to apply the label.

According to the vendor, integrating NuLabel technology into the RL-840N results in a higher quality label application while increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through minimized downtime—two advantages usually associated with pressure-sensitive labeling.

In addition, WLS offers its latest pressure-sensitive product, the X-4S high-speed pharmaceutical serialization label head, which will be integrated onto its RL-420 rotary labeler. Both labelers highlight WLS’ new capabilities for controls and motion using the B&R Industrial Automation System.
