Qosina carries a line of bulk, non-sterile O-rings for further assembly. These O-rings are predominantly used in static sealing applications and can be used between two components as a primary seal to prevent leakage, or as an energizing element. When used as an energizing element, the O-rings provide the necessary initial tension required to keep a non-elastic seal in place so that the sealing edge is pressed to the counterpart.

Qosina stocks O-rings in medical-grade EPDM and silicone, both of which offer excellent heat resistance and have suitable ozone and aging properties. Packaged in bags of 100, these cost-effective O-rings are available in various sizes, ISO Class 8 Clean Room manufactured and packaged, and are ideal for numerous applications. Qosina’s O-rings can also be used to speed up the product development process and help minimize component design costs.

Qosina offers low minimums and short lead times. Its website provides pricing information and can be used to obtain a copy of the 2018 catalog, request complimentary samples and place orders.

Founded in 1980, Qosina is a worldwide supplier of thousands of stock OEM components including bioprocessing accessories, compression fittings, NRFit™ (ISO-80369-6) connectors and caps, ENFit™ (ISO-80369-3) components, luers, clamps, clips, check valves, O-rings, stopcocks, hemostasis valves, tuohy borst adapters, swabs, spikes, syringes and tubing to the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
