The Heino Ilsemann BLICA-600 combines the BMP-250 blister machine with the CMP-100S high speed cartoner. This optimized line concept represents a cost-efficient packaging process, featuring an output of 600 blisters/min and 300-400 cartons/min.


The machine includes the company’s latest development, the blister transfer station, which connects both machines to a compact and space-saving monobloc design.

The machine’s sturdy and ergonomic design offers flexible, reliable and economical automation of the individual packaging process, and can accommodate the following materials:

  • Forming materials: laminated aluminum foils, PVC, PVDC, Aclar, PP and others on request.

  • Lidding materials: hard aluminum, soft aluminum, paper / aluminum, aluminum with defined hardness and others on request.
