The KLEENLine automated case and bag loading system is capable of counting and collating singulated products at production speeds up to 300 ppm and filling cases or bulk bags by count. Featuring a washdown stainless steel construction design, the system integrates with new or existing case erectors or vertical baggers. It is intended for fresh, frozen or partially baked products, such as rolls, loaves, baguettes, dough balls, as well as frozen or pouched protein products.
