So this is a paper bun Novena bundler that has now had paper that's going to do a wrap on the product. See here the paper is just going to go right around it. Got a blade that's cutting it. It's moving on to the gluing station. Where the leading edge is picked up, brought down with a suction cup. Three squirts of hot melt going between the tray and the paper. And then it's sealed.
This is an extensible craft paper, so it has a 10 percent stretch quality to it. You can actually take it and just pick it up straight from the bundle. Give it a nice thing. It's a secure pack. But it's been a great partnership with Nvenia to do a little collab and build this piece of equipment. Decided to show it off here at Pack Expo 2024.
