Dorner's C3 brings innovation to belted conveyor systems with a patented curved belt and drive system. With small pulleys, this conveyor offers accurate product transfers for parts as small as 2 inches. This construction offers curves of 45°, 90°, and 180° for delicate materials and products while maintaining positioning accuracy through turns. Unlike traditional 90° transfers, the C3 maintains a consistent leading edge throughout the curve to ensure products are positioned for the next step down the processing line. The simplified configuration also eliminates the need for straight infeed and outfeed conveyors, which are required in modular belted curves.
The C3 conveyor is also Dorner’s first conveyor platform that is designed to be compatible with our industrial belted conveyors and AquaGard LP sanitary conveyor series. With a stainless-steel bed plate and FDA-approved plastic components, the C3 is BISCC certified for baked goods, confectionery, and packaged foods.
