As a PACK EXPO International 2024 mainstay, Accutek Packaging is excited to once again showcase its latest advancements in packaging technology in Chicago at Booth S-2166.
One type of machine Accutek is particularly eager to demonstrate is its filling machines with multi-stroke functionality. This capability enables incremental, percentage-based fills, enhancing fill precision while remaining easily controllable through the servo machine’s intuitive touchscreen interface.
Accutek’s booth will also feature the APS106 heavy-duty labeler, capable of applying labels up to 17 inches long and 5.75 inches high. The APS106 uses a conveyor to guide containers toward a peel plate, ensuring accurate label placement, and a pressure plate and wrap belt that press the label firmly into place. The machine’s sensors detect label gaps and monitor bottle availability to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Other highlights include Accutek’s heavy-duty bottle rinser, which handles cycles of up to 72 bottles per minute under optimal conditions. This rinser efficiently cleans up to 12 bottles at a time, using a cleaning solution spray followed by rinsing and air-drying.
Accutek will also bring its servo volumetric filler, syringe filler, servo pinch filler, and more—all designed to meet varied production needs with precision and versatility.
