The Syntegon Technology carton former includes an integrated “flex feeder” that ensures positive carton control throughout the entire process. Available with lock, glue, or ultrasonic forming, the Kliklok ACE carton former can form cartons ranging from a blank size of 190-mm long x 122-mm wide to 800-mm long x 600-mm wide. The machine is built in an IP-54 rated, open-frame, stainless-steel design, with a carton hopper positioned at waist height. Capable of runs up to 80 cycles per minute with a single, double, or triple head, the former is suitable for a variety of food applications, such as bakery, snacks, cereal bars, frozen/prepared food, tea, and coffee, as well as non-food products.
