The RM55 Rotary Monoblock is designed to perform multiple functions while being easy to use and maintain. Each machine is custom designed for specific packaging requirements. The Cozzoli simple two-piece filling syringes and valve assemblies are designed with easy cleaning in mind. High precision machining of our filling syringes allows each machine to achieve fill accuracy better than +/- 0.5% by volume.
The FSC50 Combination Filling & Screw Capping Machine is a compact; single indexing, intermittent-motion machine that feeds, fills, and screw caps. The unit is easy to set up and operate and comes with a built-in rotary unscrambling table, vibratory bowl, cap feeder no-container/no-fill mechanism and bottom-up filling.
The Cozzoli exclusive filling system, consisting of a positive slide type valve and syringe pump provides volumetric accuracy of +/- 0.5%. This unit also features a drawback mechanism to eliminate hanging drops at the end of the fill cycle. The liquid contact parts are easy to dismantle for cleaning and sanitizing.
The BMSV Bench Model Single Valve Filler is designed to provide accurate economical filling for small scale operations. The unit features fully pneumatic operation and provides accuracy of up to +/-0.5% by volume. It’s also easy to clean, operate and changeover.
