Symbia Logistics Hosts Grand Opening of Colorado E-Commerce Facility

Attendees get hands-on experience at 52,000 sq-ft, high-tech fulfillment center.

In January, Symbia Logistics, a warehousing, logistics and e-commerce fulfillment company, hosted approximately 150 clients, prospects and friends at the grand opening of its new high-tech e-commerce fulfillment center in Aurora, CO. The Aurora Chamber of Commerce welcomed Symbia with a ribbon cutting before guests participated in interactive demonstrations, tried their hand at pick and pack, and toured the facility.

 

The Aurora location, 15965 E 32nd Ave., began operations in Oct. 2018. The facility, as well as a Symbia location in Kansas City, handles both pharmaceutical and medical device products, among others.

 

At the e-commerce facility, Symbia offers customized solutions and processes to best fit clients’ needs. Many of the companies that choose Symbia for their customizable e-commerce fulfillment capabilities have unique products or handling requirements. Symbia is able to provide specialized warehousing for odd shaped goods, do light assembly and meet client standards for high-touch picking and packing.

 

The Aurora facility includes nine dedicated dock floors, automated warehousing and picking equipment, state-of-the-art software, and an easy-to-use customer portal. Services offered include: Omnichannel logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, subscription and MLM fulfillment, dedicated warehousing, kitting and packaging services, light assembly, display building, reverse logistics, call center support, as well as rail, LTL, TL and small parcel transportation.
