Oliver Healthcare Packaging Expands into Asia Pacific Market

New 68,000 sq-ft facility in Suzhou, P.R. China will manufacture products and include testing lab, warehousing and distribution facilities.

Oliver Healthcare Packaging, a provider of sterile barrier flexible packaging for the global healthcare industry, is opening a new 68,000 sq-ft manufacturing facility in Suzhou, P.R. China.

In this facility, all manufacturing will occur within an ISO-7 certified clean room environment. Product capabilities include pouch making, rollstock converting (including slitting and printing), die-cut lid manufacturing, and mounting card production.

The new facility will include a testing lab and technical service center, a microbiological lab, and warehouse and distribution facilities. All equipment has been built and validated to meet or exceed ISO 13485 quality specifications.

Oliver Products Co. CEO Mike Benevento, says, “On behalf of the global team at Oliver, we are thrilled to open our new facility in Suzhou. Our customer base has grown significantly in the Asia Pacific market, and we are doing all we can to help drive and support their success, including opening this facility in addition to a regional office in Singapore.”

Oliver hosted a private grand opening celebration on April 10, 2018 to showcase the new facility.

As a part of its global expansion, Oliver is also opening a technical service center & lab in Galway, Ireland, later this year.
