i3 stands for innovation, integration and in-line.Their ability to manufacture on a fully integrated basis is a unique competitive advantage. We believe that both acquisitions are complementary in all respects to MPS's strategic plan.We are excited to welcome the employees of AJS and i3 into the MPS family."

Andrew and Jayne Scrimgeour, owners and founders of AJS Labels, commenting on the deal, said:
"We have been involved with the business for over 7 years and are very proud of what has been achieved. Over that period, the business has grown significantly. We have built a strong reputation for innovation and service and we now produce an extensive range of labels for some of Europe's best known brands. The deal will allow the company to realise its ambitious plans to grow and develop as part of a business with a global footprint and a broader range of capabilities."

John Searfoss, president and founder of i3 commented on the deal and said:
"We firmly believe that joining forces with the MPS group is an extremely positive strategic action in the evolution of our business here in Dallas.
