Coveris Announces Acquisition of Leading Label Manufacturer Supraplast

Supraplast is an industry-recognized leader in printing technology with a broad product offering that includes shrink sleeves, self-adhesive labels, safety seals, PVC and PET shrink films. The company has a diversified portfolio of top-tier customers and serves many value-added end-use markets such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and agriculture.

Coveris Holding Corp. and Coveris Flexibles US LLC have entered into a management services agreement with Supraplast. This will afford Coveris an opportunity for expansion and growth in the South American region.
