This year’s Agenda of trade shows for Marchesini Group is coming to an end with two important venues in China: first Cipm, from 28th to 31st October at the Wuhan International Expo Centre, followed by China-Pharm, from 17th to 20th November, at the Shanghai New International Expo centre. The Group has a standing appointment at both Chinese venues and this year the Asian customers will see a novelty they have been long waiting for. At both trade shows, Marchesini Group will give the Chinese market a preview of the Integra 520V line. This is a new integrated and robotic line that packages blisters in cartons at an incredible speed.
The balcony-structured 520V line is compact and has two sections; a thermoformer and a cartoner, which can produce up to 520 blisters and up to 500 cartons per minute, each with its own leaflet. In addition to the innovative solutions already installed in the previous version, we have added an advanced pusher unit, drum type carton opening to manage very high speeds and a new leaflet pick and place system. The final result is a perfect line for single-blister solutions, capable of satisfying the ever increasing production speeds requested by the Chinese market.
The evolution of the blister packaging machines belonging to the Integra range will be on show at the stands of Marchesini, where the successful experience obtained at Achema last May will be replicated.
A short film on the key technical features of the new line will be shown on a giant screen every day (in Chinese) and will explain the worldwide Blisterevolution campaign, which was launched at the trade show in Frankfurt and will reach its goal in October 2016 with the inauguration in Carpi (Modena) of the biggest thermoforming centre in Italy.
Marchesini has been selling its machines on the Chinese market for almost 20 years thanks to the brand Marchesini Shanghai. The local sales force deals with the sales and after-sales operations, as well as training specialised engineers and technicians so that they can assist Chinese customers in their every need. Cipm and China-Pharm are the best showcases to confirm the Group’s growing presence on this marketplace and to promote new products and new technologies such as Integra 520 V.
