Reed-Lane, a New Jersey-based contract packaging provider that serves leading RX, OTC, and generic drug manufacturers, has hired Daniel Bright and George Cabrita as Project Managers, and promoted Josh Goolcharan to Project Manager Specialist. The new project managers will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer projects from initial order through ultimate delivery of goods.

For Reed-Lane, the new executives will help ensure continued ability to adapt to customer needs amidst a company growth spurt that has included, in recent months, the addition of a dedicated Serialization Suite and the need to expand warehousing space to meet growing capacity demands. All three managers will be responsible for meeting client needs and requests with actionable, day-to-day production operations.

Prior to joining Reed-Lane, Mr. Bright was a manufacturer’s representative and IT manager at P.E. Schmitt Company. He is a graduate of William Paterson University, and resides in Highland Park, NJ. Mr. Cabrita held a variety of operations positions at Allied Barton Security Services, is a graduate of Kean University and resides in Wallington, NJ.

Mr. Goolcharan, in his promotion to Project Manager Specialist, will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of specific short-term projects, many of which entail especially customized sets of deliverables. Prior to joining Reed-Lane, he held positions with Mediatree and the Taylor Financial Group. He is a graduate of Drew University and resides in West Orange, NJ.

Reed-Lane also is proud of its involvement in The Cancer Research Institute Ride to Conquer Cancer® sponsored by Bristol-Myers Squib. The company raised more than $22,400, which is used to support breakthrough research aimed at better, smarter, more effective treatments for cancer, public education and awareness, and world-class training for top scientists.

“Reed-Lane’s strength is its ability to foster a spirit of collaboration between ourselves and our customers,” said Patricia Elvin, President of Reed-Lane. “In our current period of growth, our new hires and promotion will ensure our ability to meet and surpass the needs of our customers. And we will continue our involvement with worthwhile charity events, as they are meaningful to both our employees and the causes they service.”
