Tekni-Plex Europe NV is announcing today that the acquisition of Gallazzi's Italian-based pharmaceutical blister film (Tradate, Varese, Lombardia) and adhesive tape substrate film (Gallarate, Varese, Lombardia) businesses has been completed effective today.

Tekni-Plex will continue to operate the acquired businesses using the same plants, equipment, formulations, procedures and certifications with no change to the products produced for customers. Tekni-Plex will operate the acquired businesses through its subsidiary, Tekni-Plex Gallazzi Srl.
