METZ CONNECT introduces our new keystone compatible EDAT Modul CAT 6A K jack. Intended for use with screened or fully shielded Ethernet cable, the K jack is fully shielded (zinc die cast) and uses IDC technology to facilitate an easy to use field termination. No special tools are required to terminate the two-piece design which features color coded terminals for easy loading according to either TIA568 A or B wiring schemes. In compliance with ISO/IEC 11801, the K jack is a fully certified CAT 6A component, and is perfect for use in high speed applications including storage area networks, data centers, multimedia, security and more.
