Glenroy Inc. Acquires PF Flexibles‹formerly Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. (PCTI)

Glenroy Inc., a converter and printer of flexible packaging, is pleased to announce that it has concluded an agreement effective Jan. 16, 2015, to acquire the pouch converting operations of PF Flexibles -- formerly known as Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. or PCTI.

PF Flexibles, based in Hartford, Wisconsin, has produced award-winning stand-up pouches, and offers exceptional expertise in producing stand-up pouches for liquids. This acquisition provides Glenroy Inc. with a wide range of pouch converting equipment, and allows Glenroy to offer some of the most extensive in-house premade pouch converting capabilities in the industry.

According to Richard Buss, Glenroy Inc.'s president and chief executive officer, "With stand-up pouch usage continually increasing, the acquisition of PF Flexibles, combined with Glenroy's 50 years of experience in flexible packaging, allows us to provide top-quality custom-engineered pouches. This supports our mission of providing the highest level of service to our customers."
