Elizabeth Nugent, Global Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, announced the launch of the Nelipak Healthcare YouTube channel with the introduction of a series of eight video shorts on Process Validation.
In the series, Elizabeth outlines the main elements required in a Process Validation program such as Master Validation Plan, IQ / OQ / PQ, Design of Experiments and Master Validation Report. In each of the segments Elizabeth describes the activity to be carried out, its importance to the overall process and the results. This informational series of videos takes away the myth behind Process Validation by explaining the need for the process and benefits to the customer.
Nugent outlines how Validation gives the customer a greater confidence in the Quality Management System and the overall Manufacturing Environment. She further explains that Product Quality in the context of process validation means that product performance is consistent from batch-to-batch and unit-to-unit delivering consistent quality and service to our customers. This video series forms part of Nelipak Healthcare Packaging’s Process Validation service on offer across all of the groups manufacturing locations.
