The new website offers a modern-day look and is aimed at streamlining the user experience. The over-all outcome was a more user-friendly site along with comprehensive resources and products for the cold chain industry.
"Our goal was to design Cryopak's new website to be a tool for cold chain industry professionals to find resources that will aid them in protecting the integrity of their temperature sensitive products," William Hingle, Marketing Director at Cryopak, said.

"We implemented ways to increase customer satisfaction offering visitors the ability navigate through the site easier and find the product that they need more quickly, Hingle said. "Our new Product Search Tool does just that."
Another new feature to the new Cryopak site is the opportunity for customers to purchase select products online. The Shopping Cart allows them to quickly select the products they need and check out.
