PRISYM ID apoints Peter Watson as US SVP of Sales

Labeling solution provider expands its sales team to drive continued expansion in the US market.

PRISYM ID, a leading provider of turn-key labeling solutions for organizations that need integrated in-house printing solutions with lifecycle traceability, has appointed Peter Watson as its US Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Watson will be responsible for delivering PRISYM ID’s world-class labeling solutions to clients throughout the US, including themedical device, pharmaceutical, clinical trial, chemical and manufacturing industries.

PRISYM ID has successfully managed the transition from start-up to mature organization and gained both world leading market knowledge and a strong client base in the process. The company is now planning to build on that reputation by continuing to innovate, expand its physical presence and explore new opportunities in the US market. Peter Watson’s appointment is the most senior of a series of appointments in the US, underpinned by further investment from PRISYM ID in physical infrastructure and resources.

Mr. Watson joins PRISYM ID with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing at both SVP and Director Level including Senior Director of Sales for Business Commerce Network Company, Ariba and Senior Vice President of global e-Invoicing organization, OB10. During his time at OB10, Mr. Watson was responsible for establishing and developing enterprise level sales revenue through the growth of both direct and indirect business channels. Additionally, he has also been a key member of the executive team for two high-technology companies where he was instrumental in creating and developing P&L business.
