Schneider Packaging Equipment Company, Inc. acquires S&R Machinery

Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc., specializing in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, announced today it has acquired the assets of S&R Machinery (http://www.srmachinery.com).

S&R Machinery is a premier supplier of both random and uniform case sealers. Based in Olyphant, Pennsylvania, S&R Machinery has been producing sealers since 1995.

“The addition of S&R's random and uniform case sealing machinery expands our standard equipment portfolio and also complements our existing line of case packers and palletizers,” says Schneider president, Richard Schneider. “S&R's random case sealing technology enables us to provide a broader set of packaging equipment solutions to a wider market.”

Combining forces to create one team, the Olyphant facility will continue operations as before except S&R Machinery clients will enjoy the benefits of having access to Schneider's comprehensive customer service and support team.
