Loma Creates Strategic Partnership With Dorner Manufacturing

Loma Systems, an ITW Company is pleased to announce that it has created a strategic partnership with Dorner Manufacturing of Hartland, Wisconsin, for the manufacture of conveyors for sanitary applications.

The 2011 AMI Expo's slogan of “POWERFUL PARTNERSHIPS. PROVEN SOLUTIONS” could not be more accurate. Loma's partnership with Dorner will allow both companies to offer proven, sanitary inspection solutions to a wide range of applications. Loma will be offering the Dorner AquaPruf and AquaPruf ULTIMATE lines of conveyors coupled with its proven IQ3 and IQ3+ metal detectors. Loma Systems will continue to manufacture conveyors for dry and washdown applications, but will work with Dorner Manufacturing to provide conveyors that meet the toughest sanitary requirements.

Loma chose Dorner because of its well respected name in the sanitary conveyor industry. Loma Systems recognizes that Dorner is the industry leader when it comes to providing sanitary designs that are widely accepted in the meat and poultry industries, as well as other applications that require sanitary designs. Dorner's AquaPruf and AquaPruf ULTIMATE lines of equipment are designed to meet USDA Approvals and the AquaPruf ULTIMATE is listed as “USDA Accepted”. Both conveyor lines are BISSC certified. Many of the features found on Dorner's conveyor designs are written into the specifications provided by some of the top food producers in North America.

Loma will begin quoting Dorner sanitary inspection systems May 1, 2011.
