Berlin Packaging completes acquisition of All-Pak, Inc.

Berlin Packaging, a full-service supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, announced today it has completed its acquisition of All-Pak, Inc., a Pittsburgh, PA-based packaging supplier.

Berlin announced a definitive agreement to acquire All-Pak, Inc. on February 8, 2010.

Furthermore, customers can take advantage of an expanded array of services, including custom packaging design, international sourcing, capital lending, supply chain optimization, inventory management and assembly.
