Kelly studied chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduating, he gained marketing and sales expertise in the scientific and pharmaceuticals-oriented manufacturing industry. He is moving to Gerresheimer after eight years as Director of Sales, North America at BD Medical Pharmaceutical Systems.
