Barcelona to host cold chain distribution conference

Launching a new biologic, regulatory trends, and qualification and verification of temperature-controlled distribution among event subjects.

Presenters from Lilly, Allergan R&D Europe, and Pharma Mar are among the key speakers scheduled at the 8th Annual Cold Chain Storage and Distribution Conference Feb. 22 in Barcelona, Spain, which will be co-located with Clinical Trial Supply Europe. According to the event Web site, the venue is to be determined.

The event will include panel discussions, regulatory guidance, and case studies aimed at providing cutting edge, cost-effective techniques to ensure regulatory compliance, deviation avoidance, excursion handling, and logistical excellence.
