3C! Packaging, an independent, privately-owned pharmaceutical packaging company specializing in the design and manufacture of custom folding cartons, printed literature, inserts/outserts, labels/foils and unit-dose applications, has added a new 24-plate folder to its Vijuk MV-11 Triple Knife Outsert System. The system enables production of 350-panel leaflets, a 14% increase in copy space over the former 294-panel maximum.

While a typical 294 panel 1.25in. x 1.25 in. leaflet can accommodate 420 sq in. of copy per side, a 350-panel leaflet can accommodate 477 sq in. of copy per side, a significant increase as instructions, warnings and disclaimers grow ever more intricate.

The 350-fold capacity afforded by the outsert system exemplifies the company’s commitment to providing customers with the most advanced capabilities available.
