Cardinal's Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services (PTS) operations were recently divested and acquired by The Blackstone Group. This information was shared by Renard Jackson, formerly VP/GM Global Packaging Services of Cardinal Health, Dublin, OH, and now with PTS.
