Machine takes granular pellets of pharmaceutically approved PE or PP and performs several production steps during each cycle: blowmolding, aseptic filling, and hermetic sealing. There is no manual handling in the sterile zone and human intervention is reduced to a minimum. Machines are available for production of unit doses, individually or in strips, as well as larger bottles. Sizes can range from 0.1 mL to 2ꯠ mL. Speeds to 30ꯠ/hr.
