Marchesini Group’s Synchro - Precision at High Production Rates

At Achema 2015, Marchesini Group presented a precision counting unit including a synchronized dynamic conveyance system to transfer the counted products into the vial as the vial itself is fed along the line to cotton insertion, capping, and even labeling. In this presentation, Marchesini’s John Sagdic walks through a filling application of 60 tablets per bottle at a rate of 150 vials per minute.
