TLMI announces that the association has brought on Jessica Johnson as Program Director. Starting in her new role in early December, Jessica will lead the association’s initiatives in workforce development, TLMI’s printTHINK education series, and online membership and social media communication.

Jessica has spent the past four years in the industry, working as a Sales and Marketing Strategist for a Cincinnati-based label printer. In her new role, Jessica will be a key liaison to TLMI’s Workforce Committee, working closely with the Scholarship, College Advisory and Future Leaders Sub-Committees. She will also play an instrumental role in the development of the Technical Committee’s work in developing the programing and content for the association’s printTHINK educational series.

TLMI President, Dan Muenzer, comments, “I want to personally welcome Jessica to the TLMI family. Given her past role in the printing industry, Jessica will be a real asset to TLMI’s workforce development initiatives and event programming. Workforce development is one of key pillars of the TLMI Strategic Plan and we are constantly working on ways the association can help our members recruit, and retain, industry talent. Jessica will also be driving the content and programming for TLMI’s Engage online member portal in addition to the association’s website. I’m confident that her industry experience and technical background will be a great match for TLMI moving forward.”

Jessica will be working out of TLMI’s headquarters in Milford, OH and can be reached at[email protected].
