Robinson Metal Acquires Product Handling Concepts

Robinson Metal, Inc., a De Pere, Wisconsin custom metal fabricator, has acquired Product Handling Concepts (PHC), a custom engineering company specializing in designing, building, and integrating automated solutions for manufacturers in tissue, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.

Robinson Metal, Inc. is a multi-division custom metal works operation ISO and ASME certified. The acquisition of PHC will provide customers with a “one stop shop” delivering a cost effective, vertically integrated manufacturing platform.

“We are excited about the new skill set and energetic team PHC brings to our company, along with the diversification it allows”, said Darrell La Crosse, President of Robinson Metal.
