Qosina Corporation is pleased to announce that it has acquired Alpha Industries, Inc., a disposable component manufacturer headquartered in Clearwater, FL. The entire range of Alpha Industries’ plastic forceps, clamps and bowls are now available on qosina.com as an extension to the thousands of stock components already in inventory.

“With this acquisition, Qosina continues to expand its product line, which reinforces its position as a global leader in the OEM components industry,” said Scott Herskovitz, vice president of sales and marketing at Qosina. “Qosina shares the same customer-centric philosophy as Alpha; serving our customers’ needs is our primary focus,” said Mr. Herskovitz. “Over the next few months, Qosina’s goal will be to ensure a smooth transition of ownership and continue to provide the highest level of service to its respective clients.”
