Shurtape Technologies, LLC, Welcomes New Senior Vice President of Sales

Shurtape Technologies, LLC, a leading producer of pressure- sensitive tapes based in Hickory, N.C., announces the addition of Rob DeVries to its executive leadership team. DeVries joins the company as Senior Vice President of Sales.

In this role, DeVries is responsible for leading Shurtape’s North American industrial sales team, which focuses on delivering high-quality, innovative tape solutions to a variety of industries, including packaging, building and construction, HVAC, industrial, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), arts and entertainment, and transportation.

DeVries brings over 25 years of sales and marketing leadership in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. DeVries developed his sales and marketing skills during a combined 15 years with Danaher Corporation and Newell Rubbermaid. He also spent the last 10 years as part of the executive leadership teams of Britax Child Safety, and more recently, the Apex Tool Group.

Mr. DeVries is a graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
