Weener Plastics is strengthening its well-established position as a strong, competent and reliable full service global supplier of innovative plastic packaging solutions. Therefore, we are implementing a new corporate identity, our HQ is being relocated and several name changes are being executed.

“Today, WPPG is a market-leading global plastic packaging company offering innovative packaging to our customers from 24 operations in 16 countries,” states CEO Roel Zeevat. “The clear positioning and name change better reflect our company’s current structure and increasingly diverse and widespread global activities.”

New corporate identity: Clear & Clean
A new ‘Clear & Clean’ corporate identity is being introduced in all Weener communications and at facilities around the world in the first quarter of this year. The unified company name and logo will better represent our identity and direction and create clarity, alignment and uniform market positioning.

Relocation of HQ
The corporate headquarters has been moved from Weener, Germany to Ede, The Netherlands. This central and easily accessible location – less than 100 km from Amsterdam Airport – will foster our international business and organization. Weener’s corporate and supporting services will be centralized and managed from here. Our dedicated team is being extended in order to cope with our future developments.

Plasticum facilities renamed ‘Weener Plastics’
Plasticum Netherlands BV has become Weener Plastics Netherlands BV, Plasticum Norwich Ltd has been renamed Weener Plastics Norwich Ltd and Plasticum Ilkenhans GmbH is now named Weener Plastik Ilkenhans GmbH. These name changes will be effective immediately.
