Bilcare Research Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of blister packaging solutions, has hired Anna Frolova-Levi as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this role, Ms. Frolova-Levi will have responsibilities for developing and overseeing growth strategies for Bilcare in North America, leading a sales and marketing team and identifying and developing opportunities for new business and positive brand exposure.
Ms. Frolova-Levi comes to Bilcare with an impressive professional history spanning a variety of industries across a wide array of disciplines. Most recently she was senior director of product management and development for Tarkett, North America, a multinational manufacturer of flooring solutions.
Prior to that, Ms. Frolova-Levi spent the bulk of her career at Mold-Rite Plastics / Weatherchem, a global manufacturer of injection-molded packaging components for food, personal care, pharmaceutical, OTC and other non-food markets. Originally working for Weatherchem, which was acquired by Mold-Rite Plastics in 2012, she rose through the ranks, becoming director of marketing and eventually vice president of marketing and innovation. In 2012 she became senior vice president of marketing for Mold-Rite Plastics.
Ms. Frolova-Levi holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a BA from Minsk State College of Foreign Languages in Minsk, Belarus. She earned a Management by Design Certification (WSOM/CWRU) from 2009-2011, as well as a Strategy and Pricing Certification from Chicago University’s Booth School of Business in 2010.
