American Leisure Holdings, Inc. today announced that the company is actively working to develop a logistics-based business unit to leverage management experience in the aviation, transport and aerospace industries in order to build upon the current opportunities in these fields.

“Softness in oilfield services predicated by the fall in crude oil prices of 54 percent since their June 2014 high (Source: Bloomberg) has caused us to look at new business areas in which we can leverage our company’s management and board expertise to greatest benefit for our business and shareholders,” said American Leisure Holdings, Inc. CEO Eric Wroblewski.

The Company is also working to improve its balance sheet through consolidating outstanding debt to reduce interest expense, as well as exploring sales of select assets to finance logistics business expansion. The Company plans to provide public information on a regular basis regarding the aforementioned initiatives.

Following is a snapshot of American Leisure Holdings’ executive team experience in logistics, aviation and aerospace, including:

♦ Chairman Scott Wroblewski’s work on projects such as NASA’s Mission to Pluto, European Rocket System Arianespace and consistent leadership in the aerospace, aeronautical, nuclear, oil and mechanical industries for over 25 years. Scott is a graduate of Penn State.

♦ Director Michael Bendas is a West Point graduate with experience commanding US Army Reserve Aviation (Colonel: Retired) in addition to years of experience in banking operations, IT and marketing in engagements with the FTC, Visa Debit and Young America. ♦ Director Arthur Wielkoszewski, also a West Point graduate, has extensive experience in international finance, including overseas postings and work on numerous global transactions, was Department Head for Commodity & Trade Finance, and has served on Bank Credit, Investment and Operations Management Committees.

♦ CEO and Director Eric Wroblewski is also a Penn State graduate with over twenty years of experience managing services and distribution operations, the first ten years in IT and the past thirteen years owning and managing multiple petroleum distribution sites as CEO of Wroblewski Oil and Gas Company.
