Fast, flexible, and reliable, our RPF Rotary Piston Fillers are automatic machines that accommodate a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds of 600+ per minute. This series is available in different frame sizes and models; from four to thirty-six filling nozzles. The overhead driven pistons offer fine fill piston adjustment, achieving ±0.5% fill accuracy. In a quick-change format, these cylinders and pistons are easily removed for cleaning or changeover to other sizes.
The Cozzoli F400X-SS Single Piston Filler is your machine for filling liquids at low production rates with high accuracy. Fills aqueous solutions to light oils, easy to clean and sterilize, and is designed for rapid changeover.
