va-Q-tec was a proud sponsor and exhibitor at the 11th Annual Cold Chain GDP & Temperature Management Logistics Global Forum that took place in Chicago, IL, this October. More than 650 supply chain stakeholders took part in the conference that examines the modern pharmaceutical and biotechnology cold chain – including all temperature range products and their regulatory requirements.

va-Q-tec’s cold chain packaging solutions that are available for purchase or trip rental received great customer interest regarding their reliability and price-performance-ratio. The 8-litre to double pallet advanced passive containers designed and manufactured by va-Q-tec in Germany are available globally, supported by offices in the USA, South America, Europe and Asia. The va-Q-tec booth was very busy with international visitors interested in new cold chain packaging and global trip rental services.

During the conference Chief Packaging Engineer Fabian Eschenbach and Partner Alliance Manager Katharina Wünsche held a technology presentation on the usage of the patented va-Q-check device for the exact quality check of vacuum insulation panels (VIPs). The unique va-Q-check device can be rented by customers and is currently integrated into the Global Network Operator Workflow System that guarantees perfect container performance within the worldwide rental network.
