Mr. Leppert had previously served as the company’s National Account Manager.
In his new role, Mr. Leppert will support Rondo-Pak’s customer base worldwide by working collaboratively with each of parent company Körber Medipak’s four multinational locations. This will include realigning and repositioning Rondo’s business development efforts and sales coverage to facilitate best-possible synergy between itself and its sister companies.
The promotion also places Mr. Leppert atop Rondo-Pak’s team of sales executives responsible for company growth. This team will research and drive business expansion opportunities to existing and developing markets, further strengthening the company’s reputation for providing high quality, expert package components and solutions.
Mr. Leppert is tasked with building upon ongoing growth plans in a company with a long history of meeting market demands for innovative paperboard packaging. Current Rondo-Pak attributes include a manufacturing and package design center located in Norristown, Pennsylvania along with additional global locations in sister companies Rondo AG in Switzerland and Rondo Obaly in the Czech Republic offering; c-GMP practices and RFID technology; EAS security tagging; booklet label applications; anti-counterfeit solutions; child resistant/senior friendly and tamper evident features; digital watermarking and other innovative packaging technologies.

In his spare time, Mr. Leppert has been an Episcopal Youth Counselor and an AAU Girls Basketball Coach. A father of three, he resides in Matthews, North Carolina, with his wife, Gerry.
