Seitz holds an undergraduate Finance degree from Missouri State University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM) from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Seitz's past financial and accounting experiences are primarily in the banking, retail and district management fields. Her previous experience includes almost four years at The Business Bank of St. Louis and four years previously at National City. She was most recently V.P. of Commercial Banking at The Business Bank of St. Louis. Her duties included corporate client relationship management, financial advising, corporate loans, deposits and accounting audits.
In Seitz's current role she oversees all accounting, finance and Human Resources (HR) management for EPIC.
