Pharmaceutical Packaging Handbook
Pharmaceutical Packaging Handbook is an informative hardcover book, totaling nearly 600 pages, that provides an in-depth research guide for any packaging professional in the healthcare industry.
Written by IoPP member and Packaging Hall of Famer Edward J. Bauer, the book examines packaging approaches for pharmaceutical products, as well as for biologics, medical foods and medical devices. His perspective is shaped over a career spent at companies including Bausch and Lomb, Abbott Laboratories and Wyeth Laboratories.
The book opens with an introductory discussion of the pharmaceutical industry and closes with a 24-page glossary of terms, making it a valuable resource for students as well. Bauer lends his insights throughout the book, and concludes chapters with a summary and suggestions for further reading.
Discounts are available on both books to IoPP members.
