iGPS Announces Appointment of Meredith Neizer as Chief Operating Officer

Intelligent Global Pooling Systems(iGPS Company, LLC), provider of the world's first pallet rental solution featuring lightweight, 100% recyclable plastic pallets with embedded radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, announced today that Meredith Neizer has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Neizer brings over three decades of supply chain experience to iGPS, including senior-level responsibilities in global and domestic operations, distribution and logistics.

"Meredith's multi-dimensional experience and record of success will be a great asset to our company as she assumes responsibility for both operations and asset management."

Neizer joins iGPS from US Foods where she was Senior Vice President, Operations and led operations, logistics, safety and replenishment functions. She has held senior positions at Martin-Brower, a foodservice distribution company and at Maersk-Sealand, a leading global shipping company. She holds a B.S. (Honors) from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She was awarded a White House Fellowship working for the Secretary of Defense and she has served as a political appointee at federal and state levels.
