Mr. Neuberger, a highly experienced manufacturing executive, will have overall responsibility for managing the facility, running programs, and ensuring efficient loaner kit processing and distribution, a core function of the Memphis location. Millstone, outsource partner to the nation's top orthopedic companies, is the fast-growing provider of advanced inspection, clean room packaging, loaner kit processing, and distribution services to medical and dental device manufacturers worldwide.
Mr. Neuberger has a long track record of success in developing and implementing a variety of programs, enhancing sales and marketing, and strengthening infrastructure. He has a particular talent for streamlining operations. Throughout his career, he has been in charge of problem solving, strategic planning, inventory management and materials purchasing, and direction of personnel. As Millstone Medical's Memphis facility continues to grow, Mr. Neuberger is expected to scale operations to meet the increasing customer demands.
Mr. Neuberger began his career in sales and marketing. Then he received his Master in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. After graduate school, he briefly continued in sales and marketing and then started a 15-year period in which he served in a variety of executive capacities, including Chief Executive Officer/President and Chief Operating Officer, for a range of companies, from a leading installer of building products to a durable medical equipment supplier.
