In her new role, Hensley is responsible for the management of MACtac's durable film product line in North America, including standards and regulatory planning and administration, inventory management, price strategy development, multigenerational product planning, market introduction planning and implementation, cost optimization, sales tool development, and overall customer satisfaction.

“We are excited to welcome Kim to this new role on the roll label team. Her experience and expertise will allow her to focus on a growing area for the industry as well as MACtac in durable film product development,” said Michael Marasch, senior marketing director for MACtac Printing Products.

Hensley brings more than 13 years of experience serving the pressure-sensitive adhesive industry. Hensley's experience in thermal transfer films, thermal transfer ribbon, and Underwriter Laboratories, Inc. (UL) marking and labeling will be valuable in her new role. In her previous positions, she served as inside sales representative, product development specialist and most recently as product marketing manager for MACtac's roll label business and was responsible for several new product developments and entry to new markets.

Prior to joining MACtac, Hensley owned and managed a successful small business and also served as outside sales representative for Pittney Bowes.

Hensley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Akron.
