Prior companies include ATS Southwest, where he increased annual bookings four-fold over a period of three years, and Automation Tooling Systems (ATS), where he more than doubled the company's sales to Mexico during his ten-year tenure. As President of Cardenas International Consultants from 1991-1996, Cardenas promoted trade between Canada and Mexico and opened manufacturing plants in Mexico for three different customers.
Cardenas has an MBA from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, and brings to Aspect significant experience in international business, total customer satisfaction, strategic development, and business diversification.
