DDL's technical experts have been consulting with clients on ISO 11607 validation and other FDA hurdles for almost 20 years. DDL's expertise in distribution simulation and other sterile barrier validations has helped them build a web site that is huge resource to MDM's. DDL's new site features resources such as, Ask the Expert, which gives visitors a chance to ask questions of DDL's top package, product and material engineers. It also features a Knowledge Center with resources such as Pack Advice and Pack Review . "We has always made a strong effort to educate our clients and other MDM's to help them get through the hurdles of FDA regulation and compliance," Scott Levy, Packaging Engineer at DDL, said. "Our new site has a plethora of resources for any questions they [MDM's] might have about the regulatory process." The new site offers a more user-friendly design along side comprehensive information regarding DDL's products and services. The site has a much larger focus on DDL's Product and Material Testing Division which executes tests such as luer testing, tensile testing and coefficient of friction testing.
DDL's new career section also offers insights into any job openings the company might have within their three locations across the US. There is also a stronger emphasis on their new Thermal Package Testing Division, which is linked to their parent company, TCP. "We're making strides to take the expertise of both companies and provide more insight into product integrity across the lifescience industry," Maurice Barakat, President and CEO of TCP Reliable said. Industry leaders can also look to DDL's new site for upcoming industry events such as MDM Shows and IQPC Conferences.
"We are on the forefront of these industry events and often engage in speaking opportunities that offer insight into what the industry is doing," Pat Nolan, President of DDL, said. "We make an effort to know what's going on in the industry so we can better consult with our clients."
