Cryopak and the Vancouver 2010 Olympics

Cryopak has successfully negotiated a manufacturer's licensing agreement with the Vancouver Organizing Committee (VANOC) for the 2010 Olympic Games.

Following a rigorous process established by VANOC and the IOC to audit the factory, Cryopak was given the green light to design products and packaging that will be displayed at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver. Cryopak launched the licensed product line this in early June of 2009 The new product line consists of:

Rigid ice packs to keep perishable food cold and fresh
Small soft hot/cold packs for therapeutic applications, also for keeping perishable food cold
Flexible Hot Cold Compress 5"x10" for multiple therapeutic applications.

"We are very excited about our new product line and a chance for Cryopak to have a presence at the 2010 Olympic ceremony," Raj Gill, General Manager of Cryopak said. "We are confident that our gel packs, soft hot/cold packs and therapeutic applications will be a positive contribution to the event."

This project helps to establish the Cryopak name throughout Canada and beyond.
